Path to a successful career: an excursion for future professionals

In October, the biotechnological manufacturing complex of Petrovax Pharm hosted an Open Day for students from the Chekhov Technical College. The event aimed to introduce modern technologies used in the production of innovative medicines to future specialists to and empower them to shape their professional career paths.

During the tour, students learned about the company’s history and key milestones, discovered how innovative medicines are created — from substance synthesis to finished product release — and explored the multilevel quality control system implemented at every stage of production.

Particular interest was sparked by the interactive session "Career at Petrovax: From Intern to Employee", where participants learned about internship opportunities, qualification requirements for young professionals, and career growth prospects within the company.

The event marked an important step in strengthening the partnership between Petrovax Pharm and the Chekhov Technical College, aimed at training qualified specialists for the pharmaceutical industry to support further buildup of its innovative potential.
