Fuzuloparib
Description
Elefuza is a selective PARP inhibitor. Fuzuloparib selectively inhibits PARP1,2 activity by mechanisms such as inhibiting DNA damage repair in tumor cells and promoting tumor cell apoptosis. In vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated its antitumor effects.
Indications
- Maintenance treatment of adult patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer who have achieved complete response or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.
- Maintenance treatment of adult patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer who have achieved complete response or partial response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
- Monotherapy or combination therapy with apatinib mesylate in adult patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer with germline BRCA mutation (gBRCAm) who have received chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant, or metastatic settings. Patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive breast cancer must have received endocrine therapy or be considered unsuitable for endocrine therapy.
